Green Cardamom Iced Tea with Dates and Almond Milk

There’s nothing more refreshing than iced ICHAI in this hot weather. 

Here is my recipe for iced Green Cardamom Chai using sugar-free almond milk blended with juicy Medjool dates:

1 mug cooled ICHAI, such as Green Cardamom Chai 

2/3 mug sugar-free almond milk

4 pitted Medjool dates (more or less, depending on your taste)

Add all the ingredients to a blender, such as a NutriBullet, and blend on high until smooth.

Serve immediately over ice in your favourite glass. Enjoy!

This quick and simple recipe works well with any of the eight ICHAI blends but I think Green Cardamom Chai (blend no. 4) and Vanilla Chai (blend no. 7) are particularly good.
