Orders, Delivery & Returns
Currently via our site we only ship to Mainland UK. However, if you would like us to deliver over-seas, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
POSTAGE & PAGKAGING
Once accepted, we dispatch orders within 3 days. Royal Mail Second Class Delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days.
P&P is £3.00 for most items, regardless of how much you order. Although some items may carry additional charges due to weight; you will be notified before the checkout if this is the case.
Delivery Charges are in line with Royal Mail services with the addition of packaging & admin fees. Delivery charges are displayed separately before you proceed to the PayPal Payment Portal.
As you will understand, we accept no responsibility for delays in the postal system.
To order with us, you do not have to register. There is no minimum order to purchase at ichaitea.com
Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge we have received your order.
Note that an order does not constitute a contract between ICHAI Ltd and yourself. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ICHAI Ltd.
We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by providing us with a notice of cancellation by e-mail, at any time up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. We will issue you with a Cancellation Authorisation by return.
You will be given a choice of a refund or an exchange.
We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or signs of usage.
The return postal cost will be at your charge. Refund of postal cost for exceptional circumstances remain at our discretion.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation.
Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.
For refunds, all accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card/PayPal Account or by cheque in case of payment originally received by cheque or bank transfer. The credit will cover the price of the item(s).
For exchanges, all accurately returned products will be replaced by the items of your choice of a similar value, if of higher value, we will request payment for the difference.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
